Green Scholarship Awards at Rani Laxmibai Girls’ school

As part of the tree plantation program, we planted 4,000 trees in the school as the school had this program in place. Environmental education was part of the school curriculum and they provided Green scholarship. This project was supported by the Persistent Foundation for a period of five years. 18 students received scholarships under this project. These scholars are selected based on their participation in the environmental initiatives in the school and various other competitions.
